Simply Thai was started by the Saing family in October of 2006. Chaveewan Santadsomruajkarn was born in Bangkok, Thailand, and moved here as refugees with her husband Mahn Saing and her three sons, Jade, Gene, and Jeff. She is the heart and soul of the restaurant and has taught her family everything she knows about Thai food and business. Her great-grandmother once cooked for the King of Thailand and has passed her family recipes down through the generations.
