Simply Thai was started by the Saing family in October of 2006. Chaveewan Santadsomruajkarn was born in Bangkok, Thailand, and moved here as refugees with her husband Mahn Saing and her three sons, Jade, Gene, and Jeff. She is the heart and soul of the restaurant and has taught her family everything she knows about Thai food and business. Her great-grandmother once cooked for the King of Thailand and has passed her family recipes down through the generations.
Made from scratch and made to order, most of our dishes can be customized to be gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan.

Ate here, the other day. Was not disappointed. Between the sushi roll and the entree, I was very impressed. Good service. Great atmosphere. Well stocked bar. If you're in the area and want a good meal, stop in here. You won't be let down.
Great restaurant for authentic Thai food. I had the Grilled Chicken Salad - diced chicken breast, shredded green and red cabbage, cucumbers, cilantro, red onion, carrots and tomatoes, with garlic and lime dressing. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I will definitely recommend to my friends, and will eat here again.
We've gotten take out and sat in the restaurant on separate occasions and both have been great! Pad thai is one of my favorite foods and they make the best pad thai I've ever had! Love love this place!
